Cleaning new pole barn concrete before sealing?

My 28 day cure time is quickly approaching and I'm wondering....what's the best way clean the concrete before sealing? Would it be OK to just lightly pressure wash and give it a good stiff broom scrub? The surface is a very smooth machine troweled finish.

Also, the contractor left a few faint footprints that have some residual red from our clay in a few spots. If you rub your hand across them, they feel slightly rough in comparison to the surrounding surfaces. I'm still trying to get them to fix it, but if they refuse....what is the best way to clean this out? Again, is a water only powerwash ok?

Yeah that's fine. You could use a light detergent like Dawn if needed, couple drops in a 5g bucket and broom that around, then pressure wash off.

Fluorinated penetrating. I'm starting to wonder if I should just rent a low speed buffer and give it a good once over to assure all of the dust and debris that's been tracked over it is gone....and skip the power washer.

My floor was power troweled and was fairly smooth, but after a thorough going over with a wet black pad, I was amazed how much nicer the finish was.
