Clear coat over water based epoxy

Hi all - I'm new to the forum and registered so I could ask a couple of questions. I've already read some great answers to other questions I had so I'm hopeful you can help me out.

I recently bought a house and intended to epoxy the (walkout) basement floor. After much work I have two coats of water based epoxy with chips now finished and I'd like to lay a clear topcoat over it.

What is my best option for a clear topcoat over a water based epoxy and chips? Can I use any epoxy clearcoat - or will some not adhere to the epoxy already there? I'm also wanting to minimize yellowing as much as
possible.

Consult the manufacturer for the clear coat.
Uv rays will penetrate the clear coat and yellow the epoxy underneath. Lighter colors are more susceptible.

It shouldn't be a big issue in a basement.
