Coats 5030A trouble (HELP NEEDED)

I have just purchased a coats 5030A tire changer. But once I hooked up the air it is leaking really badly at the Rotary Coupler. It doesn`t have enough power to turn the table to take off a tire either. Is this because of the bad air leak and if so how much trouble to replace this part? If I don`t fix this my wife will kill me because I paid do much money for this great looking and great working machine NOT.

Gotta fix the air leak before anything else!!!!

the spec for air pressure and volume has to be met.

Our Hunter requires some *** PSI, and 10 PSI under will render it dead in the water. IN this case a few pounds is the difference between working and not working.

Has anyone replaced a Rotary Coupler on a Coats tire changer? If so how difficult was it?

how about just replacing the o-ring in the coupler?

Hey guys, new guy here. I have a 5030A and am replacing the o rings in the coupler and the rim jaws piston. There will be a video up on my You Tube Dans Garage NC in the next couple weeks. What did you end up doing
