I am now going to mount my Hot Dawg up back facing the doors. I will be venting out side wall. I know I have to be 3 feet from a window but any requirements for the corners?

I don't know the Code regulations, but I would want 3' on the sides to service the unit in the future. Junk

Ya, it looks like I have about 3' from the corner. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't 4' code but I guess there is no "Corner" code, at least here in MA.

This heater mount has been a pain to do, but so easy on paper. Hardest part was getting the unistrut, then cutting it. Also place I bought it sent wrong exh. pipe for my code.

I used two lengths of perforated angle iron laid across the rafters. Put 2 pieces of threaded rod on each angle hanging down after I had secured them and lifted the heater into place with the help of a friend. Double nutted it and it hasn't budged in a year. Working alone is hard. When you have a second pair of hands, it makes life a lot easier. Junk..

Ya, it is. Need someone to hoist mine for me now. I am going to use stop (nylon) nuts to the unistrut with rubber washers. I mounted the unistrut with stop nuts and lock washers.
