Completing the interior, painted OSB etc 26x28 garage

So here it is. My bro and I started this a couple of weeks ago and just basically put time into it as time allowed.

OSB installed, used Exterior primer tinted to European White and stained the strapping with Cedar stain. My baseboard is 2 1x6s on top of each other. I think it came out alright. Used 3 inch strapping stained the same color as the baseboard to cover the OSB joins.

Paint was applied with a thick nap roller, went on really well and coverage was great. Not quite complete yet but here is what I got so far.

The quarter round I have here is going to be painted the color of the walls and will be installed in every corner of the garage.

What a difference some paint makes, huh?

If you do too much more of that trim, it's going to start looking like a Swiss chalet.

I might have stopped at the 4' flood line. But I can see where you're going. And it'll insulate better with the cracks covered.

Yeah, at first I was going to do just the belt line but I have a couple of spots where there are some gaps bigger than I would like to keep exposed.

I'm lucky. Mine is all plywood -- with lots of gaps and nail holes. But the previous owner put it all in, so the gaps don't bug me at all. There's a weird psychology to it. It's his lousy work, not mine.

I'm sure if it were my own work, it'd make me nuts.

So I understand.
