Compressor Wiring with Magnetic starter

After searching, and looking through previous posts, Im still slightly confused how to wire my compressor.

It is a dv systems is5-10080 1ph, 240v, 5hp, 80 gallon unit, complete with prewired magnetic starter, and pressure switch.

I wired as the manual described, however no startup. Im using a 30amp dual pole breaker, to switch it on. Attached is a photo of where Im at. The magnetic starter is a 240v unit.

Is it possible the pressure switch is prewired incorrectly ?

Found my problem. It appears the stablok breaker was defective. Appears to work with a replacement breaker
