Concrete etching

I've got the cracks filled with the Rustoleum 2 part crack filler epoxy. Now when I go to etch the concrete to prep for the floor coating will the etching ruin/destroy the filler?? Also I think I am going to degrease the floor with a commerical degreaser before hand. Will that affect the filler epoxy??

you are good to go

remember to rinse it all very well between and after steps and give plenty of dry time before coating

Then to hide the cracks better I will need to stay away from the water based and go with the professional 2 part epoxy with paint chips correct???
