I'm needing to put a 12'x12'x4" pad down inside one of my buildings. I'm about 80% sure I could knock this job out with the help of two of my buddies. However I'm still considering farming it out. I've got a few calls into some local concrete guys, waiting for call backs. What does this cost in your area? Is it pretty much a set cost per square foot? I'll be doing the forms, shoveling and grading the gravel, ordering and paying for the concrete, and cutting the wire mesh to size. All that I will be outsourcing is the placing and finishing. I'm not looking for a glass smooth finish, it just has to be smooth enough to be swept clean. I may be putting an epoxy paint finish on it, as it's the pad my mill and lathe will be on. Keith
