Concrete Floor Leveling Suggestions

Hello all. Big fan of the forum, long time lurker.

Bought a house recently with a 1.5 car garage (19x19); when first visiting I was distracted by the attractive ceiling height but missed out of the uneven sloped floor.

The car seeing the most garage time is quite low and because of this the floor is causing a large hump effect see scraping underside of the car.

In order to install the lift I had leveled it with larger wood feet temporarily but the floor has been bothering me quite a bit and I am soliciting suggestions on a course of action.

- Jackhammer entire floor for a repour?
- Breakoff existing tile and pour over the existing concrete with added rebar?

For context, the lowest leg of the lift is 5 inches off level and the second lowest 3 inches.

Much appreciated.
