I have a new 1200sq ft shop and have been looking at all the great floor coatings. After the recommended 2 to 4 coats, many are out of my budget.

Can you recommend a good cost effective concrete sealer. Color is not necessary. I just want to be able to reduce stains and make clean up easier.

I posted an article below that has good information about sealers for workshops that should help you decide what to do. I would suggest following the links to a couple different product recommendations to learn more. In addition, I posted an article on a thin topical coating that is very durable and easy to apply. It is a very popular alternative for a coating and costs less as well.

That TS210 stuff is what I'm planning on using, so much less expensive than everything else and has really good reviews.

I've used HD6600-MMA on the driveways, walkways.. It's done well, oil is simple wipe up.
