Condensation problem?

I want to coat my garage floor with some sort of epoxy- but I don't know if springtime condensation is an issue? :dunno:

Condensation appears once the weather changes and the garage floor temperature is significantly cooler than the ambient air temperature. This usually occurs for a week in the early spring until the floor temperature gets closer to that of the air. It's not a groundwater buildup- the garage is basically on a hill on 3 sides (2 sides and the rear)- if groundwater were the issue- there would be water backing up above ground around the garage- this doesn't happen- it's definetly condensation.

Is this a problem for 2-part epoxies? I'm thinking that as its a condensation issue- I'll still have it- but on the outer side of the top coat that is applied?

Any help/tips would be appreciated.

No you won't have a problem . The condensation is forming on top of the concrete, not coming out of it. I'm going to assume your not going to paint your floor until summertime. That will give it plenty of time to cure before the cold weather sets in. I have the same problem sometimes here in New Hampshire.
