Good morning everyone,
Glad to see a forum where i might get some help.
I currrently live in a 40 year old house that has a block wall foundation.
Drainage around the perimeter is good and backfill material is a well drained loam.
I noticed while working in my furnace room that the block wall itself has not been filled with concrete. The blocks are hollow for the entire height of the wall.
Due to the fact my basement is finished- filling of any type is not possible form the inside.
Can anyone suggest a methond to fill at least the lower 6' of blocks form the outside of the foundation?
We live in Ontario Canada, and i think that doing this may improve the temperature in my basement.
