Here ya go, Woody..., something for you to research. It's badly 'shroomed, and Bubba really whittled all the rings of hell and then some into the handle, but I thought you'd like to see it... The only think I can make out on either cheek is "ORANGE, N.J."!

That looks like my father's, "Last Long Safety Hammer" that he bought sometime in the 1950s. He still has it but I did find a picture of one on the good old Internet.
