Corrugated metal roofing between poles

I’m from Texas and friend of mine in New Mexico called me up and asked me if I could put a metal roof in your house which is an adobe house and it’s 120 years old. It has a foot of dirt on top of the roof, which was the original roof. has since been modernized and has a gable on it now but that’s irrelevant. She wanted me to install the corrugated metal roof in between the pose and not have no edges showing she wants to post to be exposed. She don’t wanna cover them up she took down a drop-down ceiling so she can get to the pose when she calls Vegas but I’ll try several ways. Everything comes out ugly as hell so y’all have any advice any pointers y’all ever had to do before or seen anybody do it please let me know I’m all yours

It appears that she wants to have exposed beams. Vegas, pronounced “VeeGuz” is Spanish for Beams.
A layer of soil would provide some insulation and facilitate the growth of sod, also an insulator.
Typically a roof like that would have a parapet or false wall that would conceal the edges.

Yes what you say is true but what she wants done is to leave the veegas exposed. The house is 120 + years old and she want’s corrugated metal on the ceiling inside the house between them but every way I’ve tried to do this it leaves the edges exposed and this is what she don’t want
