cost comparison

I am new to this board and need some input on costs. So, lets say my garage will be 24x32. Two overhead garage doors, with 6/12 roof, all wood, with preeng trusses. One walk door, and 3 windows. Room for a small wood stove, and insulated walls and roof. One option could be sticks and one could be pole building. What are the cost difference considerations?
