i ordered a gearwrench 80550f set from cpooulets on the 25th and it was a overall great experience ordering from them and ill be ordering from them again for sure. since it was christmas day i figured shipping might be delayed so i waited a day or 2 and it still said it hasnt shipped out when i checked the order status, so on Wednesday i called around 9am and within 1 minute i was already on the phone with a person, and i was suprised to hear the guy talk with a thick southern drawl, i figured they out sourced their customer support so that was really nice. he asked for my order number and said they dont house that item in their warehouse and it comes directly from gearwrench and says it should be here by friday, and as soon as i got off the phone with him the brown truck was pulling in the driveway and dropped it off. it was packaged great and 0 dings or dents on the toolset or the box it was shipped, so good part on both ups and gearwrench. i totally recommend them to anyone that is thinking of ordering from them. anyone else have any good/bad experiences with cpo outlets?

CPO Outlets has great customer service, very cooperative. Their items have always been as described. Reconditioned Tools are an excellent option for the budget-minded. I'd look around though to make sure the price difference between New and Reconditioned is reasonable. Otherwise, just buy new, if the price difference is less than $20-$30.

Glad to hear good things about CPO, never knew about them till this week, just ordered a Porter Cable impact driver, 2 lithium batteries and charger, and 7 amp corded grinder for $130 delivered. Been running the NiCads and been happy but figured i would try the lithiums for this price.
