You guys ever use the Craftsman Reflex Wrench?
I got a pair as a gift and I'm debating whether I should keep them or exchange them for MORE tools....

You mean these? I haven't used an adjustable wrench in a long time.

They look like a cool Idea. I dont use adjustables though lol. I think they are too complicated to be in the kitchen draw. Cmon, everybodys got a few screwdrivers, a pair of pliers and an adjustable in the kitchen draw right??? Maybe go to the store and see if there is one out of the packaging. There usually is.

Don't have them. I am not a fan of the traditional adjustable wrenches either. If it were me, I'd go to Sears and exchange those for the Craftsman-branded Knipex Cobra pliers. Much more useful. My .02...

Yeah..I gotta set :headshake Didn't buy them myself but were given to me as a Christmas present from the in-laws and they're still sittin' in the package. Might be time to re-gift those puppies. Let me check my Christmas :see:

i'd exchange them. i've can't think of any time that i've come across a situation where a small adjustable wrench was the right tool for the job. A good set of sockets and combination wrenches are a lot less likely to break stuff in the long run.

What's interesting about the Craftsman Reflex Wrench is it works like a ratchet...
Popular Science calls it "The Best of What's New"

"Crescent Tools made the first adjustable wrench in 1907, and since then the design hasn't changed much. Until now. Craftsman's ReFlex Adjustable Wrench has a ratcheting head, so once you clamp the jaws around a nut, you just ratchet the handle back and forth to tighten or loosen. Made from multiple layers of laminate steel, the first model will be available early next year."

I have a set of them and although I dont use them often when I do use them they are handy as he11 .especially when working blind on something that you would normally have too line the wrench back up on over and over and over and over with these you just turn the handle the other way and they slip too the next flat on the nut/bolt and off you go again until its off .
