Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and have really enjoyed reading previous posts. I've searched quite a bit and can't find information on the current C'man RHFT handles.

Does anyone know if they are the rectangular profile of the standard tear-drop head ratchets, or are they slightly rounded on the sides handles on the flex-head ratchets? Unfortunately the website only shows the head and no one at the store seemed to know.

Thanks for your help.

Its the exact same rectangular handle as the standard Craftsman ratchets.

If you want a different handle you can get one from KD or Armstrong

not necessarily, on the regular standard length round head fine tooth quick release ratchet, you get the same raised panel handle found across the craftsman line. However, with a flex head version, you get the same taller more square handle that is the same as the 3/8 or 1/2 drive breaker bars depending on what drive size you get. Geat all round ratchet.

Now it depends on where you are.

Up here we cannot get the old style raised panel ones. But we can get the rhft in the newer polished handle versions. weird

Not the same version. Some of the Canadian Craftsman ones I have seen (had a local Ebay seller with a bunch), matched the 80's ones from When Stanley bought out a company and they then started making them elsewhere.

Thanks for all the info guys. I don't mind the breaker bar handle, but the raised-panel handle seems uncomfortable when applying force. I'll take a look at the KD.

I'm starting to build my own tool collection and like the round head and thumbwheel. It seems quite a few others feel the same way.

I like the Napa or KD handle best, followed by the Armstrong, followed by the Craftsman.
