New guy here, I moved into our first house 3 years ago and have been managing working on cars out of a 10x12 storage shed. I'm here looking for ideas to make the most room and storage area in the shed.

Welcome to GJ. Working from a 10x12 shed for so long, you should have some creative ideas of how to pack all the stuff we need in a small space. Feel free to share with us.

Good Luck on your new house.

Yeah, moving from a 2 car garage to that shed, I got rid of a lot of stuff. It hasnt taken me long to fill it up tho. Along with 3 tool boxes I made some shelves with leftover pallets, used some hooks to hang stuff, its in need of a makeover of some sorts

I went from a 10x8 shed to a 24x24 detached and a 20x28 attached garage. In my 10x8 I made a 6' x 2' fold up workbench on the right side. I also had a small 4' x 20" stationary workbench on the back wall with a 5k btu AC unit above it. I had a 6' tall crafstman box also on the back wall. had cable TV with a portable TV above the toolbox. Had a small horizontal air compressor on the left wall and a MIG welder and cart next to the foldup workbench with a dryer plug on it that I could run thru the utility room window and plug in to the dryer outlet. Had storage built under the small workbench to hold all my power tools and shelves built into the wall framing to hold spray cans and such. On top of all that I kept my Suzuki VL1500 in it. I did a hell of a lot of work out of that little shed!!! It made me really good at organizing my stuff and that has carried over to my garages. A place for everything and everything in it place. And I have ALOT more stuff now!
