I just ordered a heavy duty come-along from these folks and thought I'd pass along my customer service experience. They offer free UPS Ground shipping on the product I bought, but we do not get UPS Ground up to Frb. They emailed me and said they'd figure the UPS charge to Seattle, then the USPS Priority price from Leezianna to Frb and only charge me the difference. I've never had anyone offer to go to that much trouble before, especially for a first-time buyer. I was impressed, and will certainly look their way for my next orders.
