Looking into some some drill/tap etc sets.
Which of the USA tooling companies seem to have retained their quality, have a stable future/outlook, and make good quality HSS cutting tools?

I want to focus a bit more on trade-brands and not the usual suspects (truck brands, craftsman, irwin etc, home-depot etc) if possible.
