My shop burned and the concrete floor has chunks popped out. What can I use to patch it? Some are shallow where the slick finish is popped off others are deeper to maybe an inch.

I'm very curious about this as well, the seems in my concrete are damaged much like this. The owner before me put some concrete in the damaged seems but it's all breaking out.

Ignore the cover that says "water" they were given to me when the place was built, they are the covers for the tie downs in the floor. There's a 3ft x 3ft slug on concrete under the 8 inches of concrete with a tractor/trailer "U" bolt anchored inside it. The rest of the floor has pock marks just about as bad all over it. There's some spots that are just burned looking and the stains will not was out. I've used up to a 4000 PSI washer to the point the concrete is washing out before the stain will wash out. I've used muric acid and it will not clean the stains.

I think I would try a plain sand mix concrete to slightly fill the deep ones to close to full. Then I've used a skimming patching compound concrete that I got at lowes.

Where that cut was made in the picture, that used to be filled with that self leveing stuff. I'm not big fan of it. It takes way too long to cure and is really guess work, either too much or too little and does not like a reall load put on it. The other you suggested looks like plain fast setting cement. Thanks for the ideas though. I'm wondering if there's something like body puddy but made for cement?

Shallow repairs made with a cement based product are a wasted effort. They shrink and crack.
First, sound the floor. Tap with a hammer or rattle a chain over the top to see if you have more weakness to deal with. If so, it will need to be chipped out.
If it's limited to what we see and a few other small areas prep and fill with an epoxy based, 3 part patch. Trowel flush with the edges of the pop-outs.
If the entire surface is suspect consider a modular tile. It is the least expensive way around this.
