I just wanted to say how helpful Dannmar has been concerning the two problems I had with my MaxJax.
I bought my lift in the initial group buy back in March, but really never had a chance to set it up until I built my new garage. So I've only I've been using it about a month so far.
My first problem was one side wouldn't go up high enough to insert that safety bar (or whatever it's called) A call to Gabe and he knew exactly what the problem was, and even though we fixed it with the phone call, he still sent me out 2 new 'blocks'
The second problem really just started. I had a seal pop out a little from one of the hydraulic cylinders. At first it didn't seem to affect anything, but a few days ago it starting lifting uneven and I noticed hyd fluid leaking from the seal.
Called Dannmar today, and we were unable to resolve the problem over the phone, so they are sending me a new hyd cylinder. I feel kind of bad we couldn't fix the seal problem, because it's got to be an expensive hit on Dannmar's part replacing an entire hyd cylinder, but they took car of the problem, and that's the bottom line

One thing I forgot to ask about was getting a tracking number when they do ship. Coming from CA to PA will probably take a while
