Hey guys. What would you recommend (besides replacement, which will come at a later date) for decking boards that are splintering here and there but generally ugly? I'm looking for a product like the behr deckover or whatever it's called. Ive read reviews that it peels a bit over time, but for splinter prevention and general look and feel of the deck, this is the only option I could come up with that's cost effective. It isn't going to be a permanent solution as I plan to refinish the deck with cedar or composite. But for now, what would you recommend for a "wood restoration acrylic coating"?
