This little hand-cranked sander was my father's. He was an old-school mechanic back when they reconditioned everything rather than replacing, starting back when he maintained generators for Bofors anti-aircraft guns in WWII. I *think* he may have told me (about 50 years ago!) that it was for resurfacing ignition points. Can anyone confirm or refute this? I have not been able to find anything resembling it on the Internet. The sanding disk is 2" in diameter, and the only marking is "PAT PEND." Thanks!2.jpg3.jpg5.JPG1.jpg
