deleting/changing username?

So I wanted to change my username and could not figure out how to do it. So I started a new account using my work email. But I still would like to combine the two accounts or delete my previous one (this one) so that I can use this email.

Generally speaking, name changes are not allowed here, per the admin. There have been one or two exceptions.

If you have another account set up, and want this one deleted, just confirm that for me and I will delete this one tonight.

I just had a brain fart when I set up the first account. I'm not trying to hide from the law (well maybe you since I haven't sent out that blackhawk wrench yet).
