Surgeons and dentists have some VERY cool tools. Often very specific, made of the finest materials and finished like jewelry. Eye wateringly expensive too.
After being wheeled into the O.R. for a big time surgery I see several long tables of strange looking shiny tools neatly lined up on the towel covered surfaces. I point over to them and ask the guy who does the wheeling in " Is all that for me?" He grimly nodded up and down.
My surgeon was super cool and actually allowed me to assist when removing a stent from a ureter. He was struggling a bit while using a "trans urethral

" scope with a grabby tool to retrieve the stent. He did the looking and I operated the trigger of the grabby thing on his command. He gave the final yank
