Picked this up today at a garage sale for a Quarter !! Only mark is pat'd mar.13 1894. Jaw swings up. It is about6 inches long. Anyone help me on ID'ing it.

I can't help you with identifying who made it but it sure looks like an old pipe wrench to me. Oh, and any tool you can buy for 25 cents is a score in my book.

Yes it adjusts from knob on bottom. Found some info on it from patent date. It is a Charles Hall combo pipe wrench and bolt wrench. photo below shows use as pipe wrench. with jaws closed it fit on square bolts !! Neat.
