I don't suppose anyone here is a distributor for Utilitech Lighting?
We have been testing some of these bulbs out and are very happy with them.. But I would like to buy a couple Cases of flood lights and bulbs....

So I don't suppose anyone here is a distributor, whole-seller or manufacturer? Would love to save some bucks on a bigger purchase

CHINA, or LOWES
They don't last long. Read the labels compared to other brands. Engineered to be cheap, not to last.

They have a 5 year warranty against bulb failure...
As far as China, they are the major manufacturer of LEDs and have been for years. I buy ALL of my individual LEDs that I use in projects direct from a Chinese Distributor. Out of my last order of 10k RGB 5mm LEDs ... I had 23 that were dead.

I call those pretty good odds :)

I would LOVE to have all American Made stuff in my home, but let's face it... Not gonna happen.

Utilitech is a Lowes store brand, you won't find them elsewhere. The OEMs vary, depending on what you're looking for - LED, CFL, what? You'll have to do some research.

Some of the stuff is very reasonably priced - I buy the 4" recessed housings, 6 for $91. The OEM is Halo and they're $20 a piece with the Halo name on them.

Some of the rest is junk. The last time I tried their LED bulbs, they were dirt-cheap - nothing like the EcoSmart's sold by HD. (OEM is CREE? At least they're CREE diodes for many of them.) I have a fluorescent fixture by my back steps, it works but it's flimsy as can be.
