Do CFL PAR spot lights exist?

I'm considering replacing PAR 38 halogen's (garage/house soffit lights) with CFL's. I can find PAR 38 CFL floods with beam spread of around 25-30 deg, but I've never seen CFL spots. I need 10-15 deg beam spread to get light to the ground from second story soffit lights which are 20 ft. up.

Has anyone ever seen CFL PAR spots? I searched on several on line light bulb stores and found nothing.

Like you, all I've found so far are the floods. If there are spots available, I haven't looked in the right place yet.
