When I Go To Post I Cannot Post In All Caps With Bold, Italic, And Underline Applied, It Does Not Work, I Tried It Several Times. In Fact This Whole Thread Should Be That Way But It Is Not! When and why did we lose these features?

This is what it does to me. Strange, I thought the bracketed B, I & U were supposed to appear before and after the typed text, but this is what it does.
NOT FOR ME AT ALL! <should have appeared here but would not!
Wow, I tried to do a cut and paste that showed how it displayed but it would not accept a cut & paste either!

Try typing something, highlighting that word, and then hitting one of the buttons - it should then look like - [...] your text [/...]
With B and /B for bold, I and /I for italic, etc...
