Does someone know the forge mark on this wrench ?

I have not seen this forge mark before. Looking online I have not run across this mark. As I would describe it as a dog bone shape. Or two parentheses back to back )( . I was hoping someone could identify this trademark. I'm thinking it is a tool post wrench. Could be gas ? It has a tapered 1/4" square with a 3/8 hex and 3.5" long. Thank You.

Looks to be a casting. Probably not strong enough for tool post.
Probably not for post drill chuck as no need for the hex.
Your possibility of gas or torch or cylinder wrench might be it.
Don't think I have ever run across that mark.
