......like me. Well, I just bought a brand new Snap-on ratcheting screwdriver, works perfectly, but today I start fooling around with the circlip just to see if the mini pliers I have will fit. Yup, the pliers fit perfectly and the cap, ball, spring and tab go flying all around. Fortunately, I am able to retrieve the parts.
Now I've never taken one of these drivers apart, but I do remember a post by Plinker sometime back where he gives a step-by-step description of the process. Well, thanks to Plinker's outstanding post, I'm able to put the whole thing back together in less than ten minutes. Even added some lube. This is step 5 in Plinker's post where he says one needs three hands.
The moral of the story is; don't be a Homer Simpson like me and thank you Plinker wherever you are.
