door bell question

We're moving soon and my wife wanted to take her "magnificent" door bell with us. It's been such a long time since I installed it that I don't remember what goes where. At the doorbell there three terminals and three sets of wires. Any ideas for the hookup because the wiring diagram in the instructions didn't show all three leads going to the doorbell?
