Ok at my work we have a duralast brand drill press with a ge 5kc37ln411x ac motor and this relay? RR 43-ul . It was working fine till vibrations loosened the screw on the wall side of the power switch it sparked and we shut it down I reconnected the wire and now it runs backwards it has a revers switch that always used to just blow the breaker but now I hear the motor making noise but not moving in The correct direction. It dose run good backwards soo I don't know what to do the wire diagram is damaged on the motor and I don't know if I cold just rewire to only run forward without the relay thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You need to reverse the leads on the "start" winding.....if they are separate and you can get at them.

Some pictures would help a lot.

If it sits there and hums, that is an indication the start winding is not powered but the run winding is. You can start it manually by pulling on the belt, in the desired direction for now.
