I missed the Harbor Freight sale and I was a little bummed my old budget jack can’t reach the center jacking point of my forester. Harbor freight even raised the prices of the jacks afterwards probably due to them being from China. So rather than wait and see what happens with the next sale/ tarriffs etc I treated myself to this Duralast 3 ton low profile jack! Very similar to the pittsburgh/ daytona/ husky low profiles jacks, probably from the same factory. This particular one comes in blue with free delivery and a one year warranty. Price goes from $189 to $152 with the current coupon code. This sucker is heavy but so much better than my big red jack, no regerts!IMG_2050.jpeg

^ O'Reilly's Auto Parts sells a model which is virtually identical in appearance to the HF "Daytona".
The 3-ton model sells @ $199.
The young lady I just spoke with on the phone said she would "price match" it if you have the documents (coupons) you mentioned.

It came up during the Snap-on vs. Harbor Freight trial that both units were produced in mainland China under the same roof. There are minor differences in design and features, and most likely differences in materials used.
With the lights off, it's doubtful anyone would be able to distinguish one from the other.

Nice looking jack. I just checked HF website for 3 ton Daytona low profile and it shows $199. Didn't check for any coupons though but I can't imagine them selling it for much less than $152. To me, a decent warranty is important for something like a hydraulic jack and your 1 year certainly beats HF's 90 day warranty. I wouldn't second guess your decision. There's nothing sacred about HF and they always don't have the best price.

Heres a link to the exact jack I got:

Coupon code is “warmupdeals” for 20% off.

Low profile version here is good for 3.5” to 20” I think. It was enough room to use my 6 tons jack stands.
