I have several DuroChrome box end ratchet wrenches. The 9/16th inch has "sprung". In looking for DuroChrome on the Internet, I am assuming that the company is out of business, since the wrenches are listed as "vintage". I was wondering if they are (or were) guaranteed such as Craftsman and if so are there dealers still existent who would replace the wrench?

Duro Metal Products Company, aka "Duro Chrome" and also operating as "Indestro Manufacturing Corporation (later Indestro Division of Duro Metal Products Company) ceased operations in 1990.
There are no dealers any more.
Those "sandwich" ratcheting box wrenches were stamped out by the millions and sold to private label accounts such as Craftsman, among others.
Yes, all Duro-Chrome and Indestro products were covered by an unconditional lifetime warranty, but that doesn't do much good if the company isn't around any more.
Your best bet is to find a replacement on Ebay. Generally the prices on them are over-inflated; they are not worth $20 each.
I am not seeing any Duro Chrome brand 9/16" models available right now, but there's a private-label branded 0703 listed pretty cheap here:

They've been gone a long time, although their tools are some of the most common out there. According to Alloy Artifacts, the tool history site, the company shut down in 1990.

Shoot, drill the rivets out, take it apart and replace the broken piece. Easy peezy.
Did that to a set of Dunlap ratcheting box wrenches, and on re-assembly used tiny bolts and screws. Now they are repairable anytime. They're a different design than yours but the process is the same.
