I filled 1/8" saw cuts with ElastiPoxy. http://www.amazon.com/ElastiPoxy-Joint-Crack-Filler-Floor/dp/B008VG02RQ?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00

The ElastiPoxy spread out about 3 inches either side of saw cuts and cured very smooth.

Now before I apply epoxy-coat over whole floor, what do I need to do to the elastipoxy before applying?

1 - do nothing

2 - sand it a bit

3 - try to scrape up the extra so the floor will hide the joints?

I'm guessing the way it is, the joints will be visible after applying the epoxy-coat because it is slightly higher than the rest of floor.

I removed excess epoxy with a friends carpet removal tool. worked great. It has a big horizontal blade that moves side to side. peeled it up easy.
