Electrical Crimp Terminals

Finally finished cataloging and pricing the electrical terminals. Click the link in my sig (for electrical products) to download the list. I've priced everything by the each, even items that cost a nickel. Please try to keep the quantities reasonable on the cheaper items

I've based my pricing off McMaster Carr, always using the largest quantity packs they have (lower pricing on those). Also, I'm pretty sure I've misidentified many of the terminals as crimp terminals with a heatshrink tu, when in fact they are solder ring or sure connect (crimp plus solder ring) terminals, which are several times the price of crimp heat shrink terminals. My loss, your gain

Please order using the excel spreadsheet if you can. if you can't, please order by SKU. If you just give me the description I'll never be able to find the item.

Just about everything is posted now... I just have a few items (relays, clips, oetiker clamps, hose clamps, anti-seize, heat shrink tubing, fuse holders and fuse blocks, plus a few odds and ends) which I will get posted by this weekend. orders will begin to ship early next week.

That's a good idea, but unfortunately I don't have the time to plan something like that. I doubt anyone wants some of everything....

Well I would have been interested...maybe you could have done a pack of some of the common items. But I can understand about the time issue. Looks like you have your hands full as is

got them both, thanks guys! believe me I am not exaggerating about the amount of time this takes up. I've been living on about 4 hours of sleep a night for the last couple of weeks. I have a full time job and a 4 month old.. sleep is the only thing I can squeeze out to make time for this

Alex, Im just curious...I know some of the guys on the board are into some pretty serious fabrication...whats the biggest order you have filled?

The largest order I have done on GJ was probably in the neighborhood of 120lbs.... The largest order I have filled to date was a bit over 2000lbs....

Is the $$$ worth it? From a purely financial standpoint, I doubt it. I guess I do get a certain satisfaction from the transactions though, and I'll never need to go to a hardware store again. The workload is extreme though (I'm typing this on my blackberry right now while taking a break from assembling shelving---at 3AM, on a schoolnight. Work tomorrow (today???) Is going to be a blur, and - will need to catch up on my sleep over the weekend.... And after this lot is gone, I will likely take a break from all this.... Now get those orders in!!!
