Electrical PVC

Is the PVC rated for electrical conductors the gray PVC? If sow anyone now what 10ft of 3inch PVC is going for?

Not sure on the 3", but I know 1.5 and 2" are right around $6.25 a stick around here.

I just used some 1" grey pvc for my 220v outlet and it was $1.73 for 12'.
