I just installed the Rustoleum Epoxy Shield Professional coating last night and it turned out like &^%$*&%^. Didn't cover real well, looks blothy and dry in areas, some might call it blushing. Of course Rustoleum Customer service is closed until Monday so I figured I would turn here as I have been a lurker for awhile.
I had almost 2 gallons of mixed epoxy left over so I sealed them up and put them in the fridge. I was told this can extend the pot life upto 27 hours...is this true...do I need to cut it with anything to thin it out or just remix it and let it "warm up"
Next question is, can I still use this material eventhough it has been mixed? Directions say I can recoat in 16 hours.
yet another question can I go over the decorative chips I put down last night?
I am running out of time so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Chad
