Epoxy Coat after 18 months

I posted my experience in December 2007 of this material going down over a new properly prepared concrete floor. It bubbled and cratered like surface of moon, I had to live with it- manufacturer was very little help. Now after 19 months, its starting to peel off the concrete. Moreover, it seems lacquer thinner desolves it. We are a boatbuilder here- we use epoxy in construction- No way it should desolve in lacquer thinner when full dry. Maybe this is not even epoxy.

Where did you purchase your product and I ask this because I dealt with the same thing when purchased from Home Depot or Lowes. I did some research and have used epoxy called Sta Crete from Epmar with excellent sucess. They supply a lot of contractors that do airplane hangers and gov't certs are available.

I have read your previous posts. I have worked for them for 1 1/2 years. I think that their may be more to this story. We pride ourselves on our customer service. I would be willing to revisit this issue if you can supply me with pictures. PM me and I will look into it!! I also do not like the implication of "girls" on a tech line.

I dont see in this thread where he used the term but if its a female it would be a girl. if it was a male he would have said guy. I'm sure no disrespect was intended.
