Hi All,
Just wanted to finally share some really good news, Lowe's is taking us on as a vendor. We are starting in 160 stores across the country. Limited colors to be stocked at first. The first shipments rolled out yesterday. They should be in stores in about a week!
This is huge for our company, and we are all very excited about it. Hopefully we will get an order in the next month or so for another 600 stores (I have heard such rumors). We have been working our butts off to get this rolling.
If I have been slow to respond to anyone here, this is why, this project has been alot of work.
If anyone would like info about a store that may be near them stocking our product feel free to PM me and I will check it for you.

WOOHOO!!

Congratulations!

Epoxy Coat is a great product. I put down 1550 sq ft last week and I have received many compliments on the quality of the finish. This should be a great product for Lowes and I would think it should sell very well.

Good Luck

Any chance Hadley, MA is one of them?
Small market, brand new Lowes, prolly not, but please LMK.

I've got 2500 sft garage, plus a 2.5 car garage, plus commercial buildings so I might just drain the local store out of your stock at some point. :)

Congratulations. That is a big undertaking. I have a friend who works for Valspar, and when Lowe's took them on as their paint supplier, it was huge!

Are you gonna be in Warren Pa? or Erie Pa?

I was looking into Valspar paints and got linked to PPG, is PPG the parent company?

I hope I don't find that lowes is selling epoxy-coat cheaper than I paid buying direct:headscrat

Dickson City and Wilkes-Barre are the only PA cities right now.

First, is your product compatible to go over a 6 year old solvent based epoxy? And are there any Lowes in Missouri, St. Louis specifically, on the list? You can reply to my e-mail sent yesterday if you like instead of here.

Thanks!

MI?

Is the price going to be the same as going directly through you or less/more?

I asked that myself on page 1 and never got a response. I hope i didn't waste a bunch of $$ buying direct. If lowes has it much cheaper I won't be happy:mad:

Keep in mind while Epoxy-Coat probably gives Lowes a major price discount due to bulk purchasing, Lowes has to make a profit. It'll probably even out in pricing if not more depending on how much markup they decide to put into it. Seems buying direct from the manufacturer is cheaper than buying in stores for most products, so I doubt this will be any different.

I cannot fit the entire list here, please PM me and I will see if there will be a store in your area. Keep in mind that they are only starting with Gray and Taupe basecoats with standard flakes.

True, but when you're talking about 95 dollars in added shipping charges and day-of pickup instead of a 4 day wait, the other advantages of having it stocked locally start coming into play.

Keep in mind, I never charge shipping to GJ members. :)
