Hey new to the site. So this is my 4th time epoxying a floor and never had anything like this happen. I primed the floor, put down the next coat and broadcasted the flakes. Everything looked good so I put down the top coat. I came back the next day and their was a section in the floor with a high spot (pic attached). Not sure how this happen but how do I go about fixing this? Can I sand the section down and then recoat it or would it be better removing the epoxy from that section down to the concrete then redo it?
