Evaporative cooler wall switch wiring

Good evening,
I need to wire up the switch and stuff it all in a gang box. I'll use all four of the lugs on the back of the switch. What's the correct way to attach wire to these lugs- use terminals? The ring terminals I have don't fit flush(heads to big) what about a spade ? I'll have eight wires in the gang box.

Do those nuts come off on the back?
Hard to tell from picture.
If they do yes I'd use some stak on connectors on them.
What kind of a cooler is is going on,inside or outside of cooler?

I use a ring terminal, you need 1-line conductor, & 3-conductors out, 1) high speed, 1) low speed, 1) pump. It makes things easier/simpler if a conduit is used between the switch & cooler rather then using NM cable.

I don't think the nuts come off. The switch is inside the shop. I used liquid tight conduit for the evaporative cooler.

Then you just need the proper connectors be sure to use listed ones as automotive ones are worthless.

An industrial hardware store should have everything you need.

All done and it works. And you know it was windy as hell when you see this in the swamp cooler.
