Hello! Reddit sent me over here. I'm looking for some constructive advice on how I’m laying out the inside of my garage.
For context: the garage is already built and we should pass final inspection next week, so redesigning the structure isn’t an option. We’re on a very small lot and just finished a detached garage with an ADU above it. The garage footprint is just under 700 sq ft with a 10' ceiling.
I’m planning for a worst-case scenario (winter, with all toys/equipment stored inside) while still having room to wrench on a bike, etc. The small car in the back ( think) will likely be on casters so I can rotate/move it easily into long winter storage.
Would love thoughts and feedback on the layout plan. Especially around workflow, access, vertical storage, and efficiency etc.
