Filled control joints today, applying sealer tomarow

I just finished filling my control joints with a epoxy gel that I trowled on. What a pain, it took forever and I am not very satisfied with the results. I dont think that this product is designed for control joints. It seems like it would be better for small crack repair. Anyway I am planing to apply two coats of clear epoxy tomarow and want to know if there is anything that I should do to pep the filler before I seal. I want to make sure everything sticks. The product says it can be coated in 10 hrs. but it is 58* now and will get down to about 30* tonight {shop is not heated yet and no doors}. If the product is still slightly soft will it still be okay to seal?

Let it cure. Scuff lightly with some sand paper.
Wipe off with denatured alcohol and coat.

Thanks, I will scuff the filler and clean the floor again and hopefully get two coats a sealer down. Its 28* right now and will get to the high 60*'s today, but cold again tonight.

I just looked at the instructions for the sealer again. It says tempertures must be between 50=90* throughtout application and curing. If that is the case there is no way for me to get two coats on today. Is this a must or can I push it on the cold side for the second coat of curing? If I have to do the second coat another day how do I prep? Light sand and clean. Recomendations please.
