Filler items for Sears

Two types of filler item, things to use $10 off $25 type deals, and the dreaded one of those things you really want isn't available for store pick up so you need to hit the $50 free shipping.

Free shipping I usually look for a deal on some Dickies work shirts, kicks the price up to $50 quickly, and good deals are usually the best deal you ever see.

About $10 or less; 3 pc Craftsman mini pliers, 10ft retractable test leads, ignition pliers, AC line splitter, AA or AAA batteries on sale, various single tools like sockets or screwdrivers.

Especially sockets and screwdrivers, great filler items. However, many will not qualify for free shipping and I'd have to go to the store myself for pickup. Sears is very particular on the $10 off $25. They'll specifically mention tools only. I currently have one on my account showing $6 off $15 or more. Not all that incredible useful because the prices on Sears are already inflated to a good extent, especially during the post-holidays.

Utility knife blades works along with the carpenter pencils. I also just stash stuff in the saved for later cart.

Used one of the $10 off $25 ordered the Craftsman Professional 3 piece pry bar set on sale for $29. Had shipped to the semi local store. Red handles like the professional screwdrivers.

If you just need $2 and are tired of carpenter pencils this tire gauge is a good bet

Back in the days of unlimited $5 off $5 I acquired way too many carpenters pencils for a lifetime. I don't trust the pencil tire gauges, and have plenty of good ones, dial and digital.

Sears rebrands as Craftsman some of the Ullmann inspection mirrors and picks, and those make good filler items.
