will do the roof cap , and gable trim tomorrow.

close! but no cigar, LOL
were on 7 ac, most around us have 5+ ac, behind my property is state land,
where no one can build,
I actually have a neighbor accross the street, next closest is 1/4 mi.

I love the privacy, and quietness.

FYI
I used an underlayment ( in place of 30lb felt) from Grace Mfg, it is nylon/ plastic/ membrane type underlayment, it does NOT tear like felt, use a tacker and will stay on in the wind! comes in 4ftx250ft roll for $109, (home Depot)
I would highly recommend this over felt, much easier to use, and alot lighter.
