Bought the family house a few years ago. Has a built on garage 24x24 cinderblock walls separated from the house with a enclosed breezeway. Huge attic above the garage w/hardwood floor. The concrete floor is concrete but covered with Nature Stone (epoxy stones). Old cast iron slop sink H/C water. I've added a furnace and new led lighting. Still more to do which is why I came here!
